Training for children and adults with complex needs

Ben has trained individuals and groups for decades and has an extensive background in movement. Informally through various sports and forms of training, and formally through a Bach of Applied Science (Human Movement) and a Master of Teaching (plus other fitness and rehabilitation certifications). He also held accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist before becoming a PE Teacher.
Ben’s injury history has promoted a gentler approach to training. Joint stability and control come before strength.
Exercise can be fun. Some parts are hard, but it shouldn’t be about endless struggle. Your training can be entertaining and uplifting.
The training space caters for a wide range of exercises and activities. From traditional weights/resistance training to martial arts, balance, agility and rehabilitation. There are games to play and sports skills to practice.
